What is the Leadership Academy?

The Leadership Academy is an intensive leadership development course designed for men and women who are ready to make a quantum leap in their personal and career development, providing an exciting and enlightening process of mastering the art and science of facilitation.

“Leadership” is compelling people to act on their greatest possibilities. People who lead in organizations generate new ideas, develop creative responses and push for change giving the organization a competitive edge. There are countless ways to make a difference in your company, business and local community. One of the most direct and satisfying ways to achieve change is through facilitating transformational learning models. Whether it is productivity, communication, conflict resolution, change management, diversity training or program implementation, being a qualified trainer able to constitute experiential models of education opens up a new frontier of opportunity for you, those you serve, and the organization as a whole.

Course Outline

Step One: Managing Conversations

Here participants will be oriented in a fundamental principle of transformational leadership training. By working from the perception that people are a collection of conversations, rather than “things” possessing personality traits, participants will practice leading their clients to most capably re-frame challenges opening new ways of relating to old problems. Such practices powerfully equip the trainer to assist their clients to access previously unrecognized resources in their personal and professional lives.

Step Two: Listening Knowledge & Skills

Learn to empower and manage large groups of people. Practice and develop the communication, presentation, and coaching skills integral to being an effective trainer. Skills that will influence every type of negotiation you may have inside or outside your company or business. Particular attention will be given to the practice of identifying and gracefully challenging the pre-existing assumptions clients make about themselves, others with whom they work, circumstances, as well as what possibilities are available. Receive vital coaching and experience on what to do and not do when training.

Step Three: Learning the Material

Begin internalizing the details of key learning modules within the Quantum Leadership and Art of Leadership courses.  The set-up, delivery, and debriefing of the course will each be covered and practiced.

Step Four: Integration

Receive valuable feedback and coaching as you practice delivering portions of the courses to a pre-arranged focus group. For the manager, be trained on business practices necessary for negotiating your new learning into your organization. For the consultant, be trained on how to negotiate new business. Receive your official Certification and License to deliver the work to your organization or clients.


General Course Information

The Leadership Academy takes place over a 4 to 5 month time-period. The sessions take place over 4 weekends with the following schedule:

Friday 7 pm – 11 pm

Saturday 9 am – 7 pm

Sunday 9 am – 7 pm

Training sessions take place in state-of-the-art facilities and CROI consultants will be available for between-session telephone and cyber coaching.

Included in your process will be engaging reading, writing, and video assignments between sessions.
