What is the Art of Negotiation?
Everyone makes the best decision based on the information they have in a given circumstance. So why do some people derive more value out of circumstances than others? We assert it is directly proportionate to the set of possibilities they see as viable. The Art of Negotiation was designed to effectively develop the competencies you need to increase your level of influence and affluence.
The Art of Negotiation is designed to help you become conscious of how to identify and develop greater possibilities wherever you are getting agreement in life. We have reverse-engineered negotiating talent to make it available to everyone. We call this “conscious competency.” As you become consciously competent, you will be able to offer your shareholders, partners, employees, spouse, family and friends the tools required for improving the quality of their agreements–both professionally and personally.
Persuade prospective clients to pine for your service. Buy a house from a stranger. Negotiate a promotion and a raise with your boss. Settle a lawsuit amicably. Arbitrate a principle agent conflict. Persuade employees to arrive at work on time. Convince a teen to make healthy choices. Increase intimacy in your marriage or love relationships. Achieve agreement with your spouse about vacation plans. Obtain effective referrals from clients, friends and family. Calm disgruntled customers or employees. Secure more favorable contracts from suppliers. Organize volunteers. Hire the right person.
The Art of Negotiation experience also offers the opportunity to network with people from different professional backgrounds. After two days of working together in the “Negotiation Lab”, you will readily identify those who may contribute to your business or professional goals on an ongoing basis.
