We believe that life IS a negotiation! The Quantum Negotiation workshop is designed to teach you experientially through dynamic interaction what most businessmen and women are never taught in school. Harvard studies show that the zone of possible agreement is much larger than what is conventionally negotiated. In essence, most people leave value on the table. Are you negotiating to win all that is available or are you playing not to lose?
This workshop facilitates a discovery process that explores the automatic assumptions influencing your decision-making power through hands-on activities, facilitated by tenured transformational trainers. It is one thing to know what to do in negotiation; it is quite another to know who to be in the negotiation. We teach the skills–what to do–but we set them in the context of who YOU need to BE in any negotiation in order to achieve optimum results even as circumstances change.
Prior to the workshop, we conduct interviews with each participant and prepare an extensive report for the management team. As we review the report together, we can identify areas of focus for the workshop and develop relevant case studies for your industry. In the workshop, we focus on three areas:
