About Quantum Leap
The Quantum Leap works deeply in the areas of trust and alignment (versus just compliance). The team will have the opportunity to notice how they are relating to trust itself, to trusting other team members and how they have created agreements for either aligning or complying with organizational goals and values.
The purpose of the Quantum Leap is to build upon the best aspects of the existing culture, particularly people’s passionate commitment to the company and the customer. While implementing these new changes, participants will focus on using their intuitions and local agendas in order to assess what is in the best interest of the team and the organization.
The purpose of this two day lab is to:
- Measure what has been working and what is not working, up until now
- Provide an arena for clearing and feedback in the leadership team
- Powerfully consider the organization as a whole, instead of various work silos
- Bring alignment and agreement to the team
- Reconnect and recommit to the corporate values and vision and how they are expressed in practical terms
