About Quantum II
The Quantum II process will guide the group in the coordination of their efforts as a team to help synergize assets and contribute to the overall vision of the company (over and against the entrepreneurial cultural tendency of inadvertently sabotaging these possibilities.) The Quantum II will reveal the importance of each person’s accountability to meet company wide targets in all areas, financially and otherwise. Participants will interactively focus on the business performance that would drive profitability while taking on leadership challenges with an optimistic attitude & through bold conversations.
