About Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy model was designed to create connections in an unrivaled professional network, and to motivate with an entirely new range of business and personal opportunities. The methodology of the Leadership Academy has been shaped by three decades of research conducted in live situations with thousands of people on three continents. The Leadership Academy’s content was created to empower individuals to most capably express their leadership potential.
By working from the perception that people are a collection of conversations, rather than “things” possessing personality traits, participants will practice leading their clients to most capably reframe challenges opening new ways of relating to old problems. Such practices powerfully equip the trainer to assist their clients to access previously unrecognized resources in their personal and professional lives.
