Jean-Marie Jobs, Partner & CEOJean-Marie is a master trainer, having delivered over 7,000 hours of training time. Her experience ranges from corporate marketing in the US and international markets to inter-cultural work in Canada, Holland, Africa and the Middle East. Jean co-founded Culture ROI with the vision of bringing character and values to the foreground in the commercial sector. She develops and co-authors training materials and resources for CultureROI, their corporate clients as well as several non-profit and humanitarian organizations.
She spent 15 years in the commercial insurance industry, ranging from negotiating International Oil & Gas business at Marsh New York to Vice President of Marketing for a Northern California brokerage firm specializing in construction and hospitality in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Jean has trained over 100 trainers in various organizations, developing both their skills and opening up new ways of thinking about themselves, others and their environment. She was co-developer of The Professional Development Project in 2004, a pilot program for Women and Minorities designed exclusively for ESPN dealing with diversity and gender issues. In 2005, she also worked with World Vision to co-create a Stress Awareness Life Training Initiative, designed to support field workers in managing their stress levels working in communities infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Jean’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in management from St. Mary’s College in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her studies included two years of liberal arts and philosophy at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and two years of marketing and international business studies at Loyola Marymount in upstate New York. Jean is a Certified NLP Practitioner.
Daniel L. Tocchini, PartnerDan is a business and social entrepreneur, a published author and a leading culture transformationalist. He is also an ordained minister and a volunteer chaplain. He has founded half a dozen companies and non-profits as well as written three books and has trained more than 50,000 people in the social technology of culture transformation. Dan is active in corporate governance, and has served on the boards of five organizations. Dan has done business in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Through candid conversations Dan is committed to transforming leader’s abilities to implement change that impacts the bottom line while producing breakthroughs with their teams in learning and enjoyment of work life.
In the commercial sector, Dan’s responsibilities have ranged from VP Business Development for the western region of Lifespring Inc ($40 million in total annual revenues and one of the leaders in providing transformational trainings) to VP of Trading for a $75 million wholesale pharmaceutical company that sold products to retailers across the United States. Dan was also responsible for the marketing of turn-key movie theater operations across the United States at Theatre Development Incorporated with annual revenues of $20 million. Along with CultureROI, Dan has founded ARC Global Shipping which brokered dry bulk cargos between various ship owners around the world and industrial concerns such as Alcoa Brazil, Del Monte Foods and FMC Metals.
Dan and his wife Aileen founded ACCD (Association for Christian Character Development) which has trained more than 30,000 graduates and is now a global non-profit. He was also a co-founder of GlobalLife Works, an international AIDS non-profit organization. In addition to his other non-profit work, Dan is a volunteer chaplain with the Sonoma County Sherrif’s office.
Dan serves, or has served, on the boards of Abandoned Children’s Fund, ACCD, CultureROI, LesConcierges and GlobalLifeWorks.
Aileen Tocchini, Partner & Director of CoachingAileen is a master coach. She has been a coach for 30 years and has trained more than 100 people to become coaches in the past 15 years in North America, South Africa, Europe and Asia. Her experience ranges from founding and running businesses and non-profits to developing and delivering curriculum. She also led an organization that delivered trainings in over 100 different locations worldwide. Her expertise includes working with non-profits to develop leadership and infrastructure. Aileen co-founded CultureROI with the promise to produce unprecedented results in the corporate sector.
Aileen pays attention to language in such a way that people become purposeful about what matters to them the most. She is courageous in delivering feedback and in her questioning and exploration of clients that gives people altitude about how the world occurs to them and the conversations that open or close possibility.
Over the past 20 years, she has developed and delivered coaching products to Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Tokyo Electron USA, ESPN, Disney and Interstate Batteries.
Aileen is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated 4 movie theaters simultaneously in the Bay Area. At 23 years old, she was the general manager of a restaurant with 40 employees and lead the founding of the Childcare Council of Sonoma County. Aileen founded an investment company where her first project was developing a $2.5 million spec home in Sonoma County.
Aileen and her husband Dan have been married for 30 years and have designed and delivered a marriage workshop for the last 15 years throughout the United States. Amy Maxwell – Executive Coach and TrainerAmy Maxwell is a certified executive coach and trainer with Culture ROI. Since 2001, Amy has spent thousands of hours working with groups and individuals in the United States, Canada, The Netherlands, Romania, Italy, and South Africa. She currently develops and co-authors training materials and resources for CROI with the vision of bringing life, freedom, and abundance to those with whom she works. Amy is also actively involved in several nonprofit organizations, training and coaching both teens and adults.
